EEEK…I didn’t mean to publish two Halloween ghost décor projects in a row, but that’s how the cookie crumbled this year. But this one is pretty different…AND it’s to be used outdoors in your yard! But anyway- here’s the story: I found a bin of ceiling fan blades that were SUPER cheap, and there was a pack of white blades on the top.
