This is one of those projects that I have wanted to make for a very long time- I kept meaning to start it, but other projects kept cutting in line. I also never remembered to look for drink / cocktail parasols at stores- so I finally buckled down the other day, hopped on Etsy, and purchased two boxes of vintage drink umbrellas.
