I constantly find old needlework pieces on my thrifting adventures- be it counted cross stitch, needlepoint, crewel work, or otherwise. And I have a hard time passing them up! But then I think, “What in the world will I do with all these?”.

And so was the case with this larger cross-stitch- it had a great retro / country vibe…which, while not my personal style, is kind of trendy again with the farmhouse / Fixer Upper obsession. There I was, on a thrifting adventure. I had walked around the store and didn’t find a single treasure for my cart. Don’t you hate it when that happens? Anyway, I hit the last corner of the store when my eyes spied some cane webbing. Were they chair seat replacements?
